DELIVERY TO WARRNAMBOOL

We deliver daily to Warrnambool, orders need to be placed by 1pm for same day delivery Monday-Friday. Though we will try our hardest to meet your delivery requests special times cannot be promised or guaranteed, especially during busy periods. All deliveries will be completed by 5 pm daily. We are experiencing a higher demand for flower deliveries during the COVID situation, please be patient, we are all doing the best we can and your delivery will arrive as soon as we possibly can deliver it and with contactless delivery where possible.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME

If the recipient is not at home when we deliver their flowers we will leave the flowers in a safe and sheltered area. If we cannot leave the flowers due to no safe area, locked gates or scary dogs (even little ones can be scary to our staff) we will leave a 'sorry we missed you' card, flowers will be returned to the store for pick up at recipients convenience. 

DELIVERY TO SURROUNDING TOWNS

We provide flower deliveries to the following towns - Illowa, Tower Hill, Mailors Flat, Koroit, Killarney, Port Fairy, Kirkstall, Portland, Hawkesdale, Penshurst, Hamilton, Mortlake, Terang, Simpson, Camperdown, Cobden, Timboon, Port Campbell, Peterborough, Allansford, Bushfield, Woodford .

We require 24 hours notice for delivery to these towns as most couriers leave early each day and they are only delivered Monday-Friday. If you order for Saturday delivery your flowers will be delivered Monday. We require recipients phone number for all out of town deliveries. Re-delivery is not possible, Flower Gallery accepts no resonsibility if YOU provide an incorrect address, so please make sure all details are correct.

WRONG ADDRESSES

It is an obligation that the customer provides the recipients FULL name, phone number and FULL address. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your flowers as per your instructions, Flower Gallery accepts no responsibility for YOUR mistake. Flowers can be re-delivered for an additional delivery fee. Please double check!!

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Our team will make every effort to execute your order as you have selected, however, unfortunately sometimes this will be unattainable due to unavailability of seasonal flowers, specific colours or flowers.

we will either; 

*Substitute flowers for a similar flower so the overall colour scheme is the same 

OR

*Substitute colour of flowers so the overall design is the same as you have ordered

By orderering from our website you are accepting our substitution policy

PEAK TIMES

Our peak times are Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter and Christmas, please note that delivery times are not guarenteed during these periods and that our substitution policy will most likely apply.

CARD MESSAGES

In regards to internet orders, customers should always double check their card message. Warrnambool Flower Gallery accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling, punctuation or grammar. As our cards are handwritten we cannot include Emojis in your message. Emojis do not transfer well through our email system so please DO NOT use Emojis.

SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Warrnambool Flower Gallery is closed on Sundays and public holidays (We all need a break too). If you order flowers to be delvered on these days your order will be delivered on the next business day that we are open.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS

Due to COVID restrictions our local hospitals are only accepting one flower delivery a day between 1-2pm and only Monday-Friday but may not reach the recipients room until late that day, the hospital staff deliver them as soon as they can. If you order flowers to be delivered on Saturday your flowers will not be delivered until the following Monday. Please make sure the recipient will still be in hospital and at these times, and that you have noted the correct hospital ward your recipient is in, or YOU will be responsible for a re-delivery fee to their home address.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Our team of proffessional florists are dedicated to providing you with the best quality bouquets and arrqangements. However, through matters that are beyond our control you may be concerned that your order does not meet your expectations. If there is a problem regarding to the standard or quality of your order it is our requirement that you contact us within 3 days of the delivery or purchase. A number of resolutions are available and are subject to your particular situation. Unfortunately we CANNOT refund or replace if the orriginals flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem. Please refer to our caring for your flowers section. Any refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to place the order. We do not give cash refunds, a store credit will be issued for and cash purchases. 

CANCELATION OF ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your order it must be done as soon as you can.

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions.

Any cancellations that are due to no fault of the Warrnambool Flower Gallery at any stage prior to delivery date will be refunded less a $15 admin fee

Orders which have been prepared and or are on route with couriers CANNOT be cancelled.

Orders that have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled with 24 hours notice, a $15 admin charge will apply.

If order is cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery and is already prepared you will only be refunded 50% of entire order.

No refunds will be given if your flowers have been specically ordered in for you.

CARING FOR YOUR FLOWERS

When you give or recieve flowers we want them to last as long as possible for you, so you can continue to enjoy them. WARRNAMBOOL FLOWER GALLERY have some tips on how to make your flowers last longer, this will ensure maximum life and enjoyment.

Remember your flowers are living creatures so they need water daily. To make this an easy process we always leave a watering hole at the back of your arrangement, ensure that the vessell is always full of water.

For bouquets and cut flowers always remove any folliage which may be submerged in water, cut 2 cms from the bottom of each stem with sharp secateurs (not scissors) and immediatley place in water. this process allows the stems to absob water more easily and will help prevent wilting and increase the logevity of you flowers.

If you have flower preservitive USE IT, if not a simple teaspoon of sugar and a drop of household bleach will do the trick, this process helps feed your flowers and keep bacteria in the water to a minimum. change your water and repeat this process every couple of days.

Remove any dead petals or flowers from you arrangement. Dead flowers produce ethylene gas which will reduce the lifespan of the remaining flowers.

Keep your flowers in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, draughts, heating, fruit bowls and electrical appliances, all of these things will lessen your flowers lifespan. 

ALCOHOL LAWS

By law we cannot deliver alcohol to any person under the age of 18 or leave at an address if no one is home. In this case the order will be returned to our store to be picked up by the recipient at their convenience. It is against Liquor Licencing Act Victoria for us to sell alchohol without any flower content. Flowers must be of equal or greater value than the alcohol you wish to order or your order will be declined. 

SENDING FLOWERS AUSTRALIA WIDE AND INTERNATIONALLY 

Warrnambool Flower Gallery is Warrnambool's only recognised Interflora qualified florist. We can organise flowers to be delivered in Victoria, Australia wide and internationally. it is preferable that you call into the store to order these as they are chosen from a catalogue but if that is not possible we can assist over the phone. Products and prices on our website are different to what you can choose through Interflora.
